Yes! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Yes. Returns are only available for first-time purchases of a product. If you have previously purchased and returned an item, it cannot be returned again.

No, we cover all return shipping and there are no restocking fees.

If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping then takes 2-3 business days, so please allow 3-5 days in total for delivery.
